Legalization of Bachelor Certificate:
Requirements:
- Oath sworn by a family member before a Commissioner of Oaths or Notary Public certifying that the applicant is not married.
- Attestation from the Judiciary Service of Ghana attesting to the signature of the Notary Public or Commissioner of Oaths
- Attestation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration of Ghana attesting to the signature of the Judicial Secretary
- Copy of the bio data page of the applicant’s passport
- Fee: Three thousand (10,000) CFA
Legalization of Birth Certificate, Police Report (Criminal Check), Marriage and Divorce Certificates, school certificates and other legal certificates:
Requirements:
- Original document from the relevant issuing office in Ghana
- Attestation from a Notary Public
- Attestation from the Judicial Service of Ghana attesting to the signature of the Notary Public
- Attestation from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration of Ghana attesting to the signature of the Judicial Secretary
- Copy of the bio data page of the applicant’s passport.
- Fee: Ten thousand (10,000) CFA
Legalization of Documents for Companies:
Requirements
- Letter of authorization from the relevant issuing office in Ghana.
- Attestation from the Judicial Service of Ghana attesting to the signature of the officer from the relevant issuing office in Ghana
- Attestation from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration of Ghana attesting to the signature of the Judicial Secretary
- Formal letter from the company seeking a legalization letter from the Embassy
- Fee: Forty Thousand (40,000) CFA
